A core area of our expertise is the production of welded steel structures. Our welding quality system is certified to EN ISO 3834-2:2021, while steel structure fabrication is certified to EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2 up to execution class EXC4. For the UK market, ZM-VIKOM also holds the UKCA certification in accordance with EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2, EXC4.

For the manufacture of railway industry welded structures and components, we are certified to EN 15085-2, achieving compliance level CL1.

We are deeply committed to enhancing the expertise and continuous development of our people. ZM-VIKOM employs internationally qualified IWE (International Welding Engineer) and IWS (International Welding Specialist) personnel for welding coordination and supervision, as well as its own certified team for non-destructive testing (NDT) in accordance with ISO 9712 (covering VT, MT, PT, and UT methods).
