Established in 1993, we operate a fully equipped 22,000 m² production facility with ample scope for further expansion across our 230,000 m² site. Located in the PODI Industrial Zone in Šibenik, our plant was the first to establish operations when the zone became active some 20 years ago. As the zone’s longest-standing manufacturer and one of the largest employers in the Šibenik-Knin County, we maintain a strong local foundation while exporting over 90% of our fabricated components beyond the domestic market.

Our state-of-the-art production machinery includes modern steel cutting, bending, and drilling lines, alongside automated welding systems. In addition to our substantial steel processing and welding capabilities, our anti-corrosion protection (ACP) department is exceptionally equipped, featuring automated and manual grit-blasting booths, as well as painting and drying lines. Welding processes within the facility are supervised by our IWE/EWE certified welding engineers, while ACP processes are overseen by our FROSIO-certified coating inspector.

It is worth noting that our operations integrate the entire value chain – from preparing shop drawings and engineering through to fabrication, finishing, anti-corrosion protection, final assembly, delivery, all the way to delivery and logistics management. This allows us to provide our partners with a comprehensive, turnkey solution for their production needs.

As a major industrial employer, ZM-VIKOM has a team of over 450 skilled professionals, with 300 based at our Šibenik plant and more than 150 deployed directly within our partners’ manufacturing facilities in Germany.
